The Marquette University women's cross country team placed fifth overall to notch their second-best finish at the 2014 BIG EAST Conference Championships on Friday morning at the Northview Church Cross Country Course in Carmel, Indiana. The women's squad recorded 131 total places in the 6,000-meter championship race, while the men were sixth in the 8k with 185 places.
